On September 27, 2023, Songkhla Hospital assisted Teck Bee Hang (head office) in organizing a cervical cancer screening initiative for female employees.TBH recognizes that women are particularly impacted by various diseases. Female bodies are complicated.It has an effect on health throughout all of life. Both physical and mental care is required for women. Therefore, TBH organized this initiative to screen employees for cervical cancer. and provided knowledge about disease, causes methods of treatment, and prevention. This initiative is intended to promote health and sanitation among female employees so that they can maintain a healthy body. เมื่อวันที่ 27 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2566 บริษัท ยางไทยปักษ์ใต้ จำกัด สำนักงานใหญ่ ได้รับความสนับสนุนจากโรงพยาบาลสงขลาจัดโครงการตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูกให้กับพนักงานหญิง โดยTBHเข้าใจดีว่า ผู้หญิงเป็นผู้ที่ต้องรับภาระความเสี่ยงหลายอย่างต่อสุขภาพ และร่างกายของผู้หญิงมีความซับซ้อน ผู้หญิงจึงจำเป็นต้องได้รับการดูแลเอาใจใส่ทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจเป็นอย่างมาก TBHจึงจัดโครงการนี้ขึ้นเพื่อให้พนักงานได้รับการตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูก และได้รับความรู้ทั้งสาเหตุของโรค การรักษาและวิธีป้องกัน ซึ่งในโครงการนี้นับเป็นการส่งเสริมด้านสุขภาพอนามัยให้กับ พนักงานหญิงให้ มีสุขภาพร่างกายที่แข็งแรง ตรงตามนโยบายของTBH คือ การทำงานที่มอบโอกาส มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน ความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีสำหรับพนักงาน มีความหลากหลาย ความเท่าเทียมและไม่แบ่งแยก
